Below are some classes I  have been offering at festivals and pop up locations on my travels, its the direction my practice and teaching is evolving towards a fusion of yoga/ dance/ QI gong/ Breath/ Meditation/ Mudra/ Mantra. These classes involve a mix of some guidance and structured flow, play and some opportunity to let your intuitive body guide you as you are your own best teacher! You don't need experience, just an open heart to try something new and see how it feels.

Hula hoop: A timeless, popular dance workout. Can be delivered as a 4 week course that works towards a simple routine. Or a workshop trying out a variety of tricks and play.

 

Disco Strutt: A playful dance class, to disco tunes with fancy dress box and catwalks. Learn and strutt your stuff with a simple and sassy choreography.

 

Shakti flow yoga:

A dance/yoga fusion with yummy flowy asana, mudras, mantra, temple dance. A flow class.

 

Shakti shake up

Is feminine essence dance class, with a focus on reclaiming freedom of the hips, its an opportunity to shake and swirl in a sensual circular flowy style with some ritual choreography, to help us connect to our shakti energy and honour our temple bodies.

This summer you can join me for a  festival workshop or watch a ritual dance performance. I will be at Glastonbury, Paradhis, Tropical Pressure, Shambala and probably many more!

You can enjoy a dance with me on the dancefloor at Breath beats or Soulwave dance events, here in Cornwall, where I regularly enjoy a dance myself, as part of a beautiful growing embodied dance community.
