DANCE

I love to dance and take every opportunity to do so! I dance by myself in nature, for an audiance to entertain and mesmorise, with friends to enjoy and celebrate life! I dance to let go, I dance to connect, I dance to remember. I believe life is a dance of movement and stillness, of light and dark. Movement and stillness is medicine. light and dark are present in all of us; I embrace and play with this in my dance, yoga, meditation and therapies offered. A holistic approach to life. Out doors is the the perfect stage for this dance to take place. Nature is so healing. I love to start my day by waking up and stepping outside barefoot, to dance or ending my day at a sober rave. Hula hoop classes for all!

I offer classes for kids and adults in Hula hoop dance. I can share with you the basics n break it down and drill it till you get it or share the fanciest tricks n illusions put together in a dancey flow, teach a choreography or just have a relaxed play n a giggle.

I have years of experience teaching in schools/weddings/festivals/events/hen parties etc.. Its fun for all ages

Move and meditate is a combination class I have been offering at festivals and pop up locations on my travels, its the direction my practice and teaching is evolving towards a fusion of yoga/dance/chi gong/ breath/meditation/mudra/mantra. It involves some guidance and structured flow and some opportunity to let your intuitive body guide you as you are your own best teacher! You don't need experience, just an open heart to try something new and see how it feels.
